This is a full-time, in-person position. The Safety Coordinator is responsible for executing the project safety program within assigned areas, supporting trade partners, and ensuring compliance with Holder standards and regulatory requirements. This role represents the transition from learning to ownership of defined safety scopes.\nKey Responsibilities\nExecute Holder’s safety program for assigned trades or work areas\n\nConduct daily safety inspections and document findings\nLead safety planning and coordination for high-risk activities in partnership with operations\nSupport incident, near miss, and first aid investigations using root cause analysis\nReview and support development of JHAs and high-risk activity plans\nDeliver safety orientations and training to subcontractors and field personnel\nReinforce expectations and proactively address safety concerns in the field\nQualifications\n2+ years of experience in construction, safety, or a related field preferred.\n\nOSHA 30 required\nWorking knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing\nAbility to communicate and reinforce expectations with field personnel\nProgress toward BCSP certification (ASP, CHST, or equivalent preferred)\nHolder is committed to
