Conesville, OH. Franklin Furnace, OH. This is a full-time, in-person position.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and special systems coordination and installation needs for assigned projects.\nProvide oversight to MEP trade partners and equipment vendors to ensure quality and compliance.\nAssist in developing and tracking schedules, monitoring QA/QC programs, and supporting the Energy Control and Safety Program.\nMaintain and review punch lists, troubleshoot field engineering issues, and support start-up and commissioning activities.\nCollaborate with project teams from pre-construction through commissioning and close-out to ensure successful delivery.\nQualifications\nRequired:\n1-3 years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated MEP systems.\nAbility to understand workforce requirements, monitor project progress, and troubleshoot field engineering problems.\nExperience managing construction of complex MEP infrastructure projects such as data centers, airports, or other special-use facilities.\nStrong ability to manage relationships with clients and design partners while supervising trade partners and vendors.\nPreferred:\nBachelor’s degree in
