Conesville, OH. New Albany, OH. This is a full-time, in-person position.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and oversee all MEP activities from pre-construction through commissioning and close-out, ensuring compliance with project specifications and Holder standards.\nProvide direct supervision and guidance to MEP subcontractors and vendors, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, major equipment, lighting, fire alarm, security, building automation systems, CCTV, power distribution, and communication devices.\nDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules for MEP systems, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions when necessary.\nEnsure strict adherence to QA/QC programs and support the Energy Control and Safety Program to maintain a zero-accident culture.\nManage punch lists, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive timely resolution of challenges using all available resources.\nOversee start-up and commissioning activities, ensuring systems meet performance and operational requirements.\nMaintain strong relationships with owner representatives, architects, engineers, and clients while supervising subcontractors and vendors.\nProvide leadership in workforce planning, logistics coordination, and resource allocation for MEP activities.\nQualifications\nRequired:\n15+ years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated MEP systems.\nProven ability to manage complex MEP infrastructure projects such as data centers, stadiums, or other special-use facilities.\nStrong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems and commissioning protocols.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.\nPreferred:\nBachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.\nFamiliarity with scheduling tools, QA/QC processes, and advanced commissioning procedures.\nKnowledge of safety programs and energy control requirements.\nHolder is
