This is a full-time, in-person position.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate and execute project cost projections and forecasting, including coordination with MEP subcontractors.\nSupport internal and external cash flow management for the project.\nEnsure timely and accurate owner billing, establishing processes for reviews and billing submissions.\nOversee submission of changes and compliance with prime contract requirements.\nEstablish and manage processes for internal and external change reviews.\nMonitor reporting and metrics for change management backlog, focusing on quantity, magnitude, and aging.\nAssist with document control for correspondence, drawings, and specifications.\nGenerate deliverables that meet prime contract reporting requirements and manage their timely submission.\nSupport development of workflows for RFIs, Submittals, Material Status, Design Management, Risk Management, Quality, and Closeout.\nMonitor and adapt processes for project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).\nQualifications\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related construction field.\nUp to 5 years of commercial construction experience.\nStrong knowledge of construction industry practices, codes, regulations, and standards.\nOutstanding communication, time management, and computer skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment.\nHolder is
