Holding Hands is looking for a Program Scheduler who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our fast-paced environment and strongly aligns with our mission to bring quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), DIR/Floortime, and mental health services to new regions and markets in the United States. We are committed to providing exceptional clinical services to our clients, and we believe that our team members play a crucial role in achieving this mission. As a Program Scheduler, you will be an integral part of our operations team, providing key support to both our clients and clinical staff. We are seeking a candidate with awareness and experience in high-volume scheduling roles, particularly in healthcare, specifically behavioral and mental health services. This role reports to the Office Manager and collaborates with the Program Coordinator.
