You should be able to turn raw data into accurate reports, meaningful insights, and practical business information.\nJob Responsibilities\nCollect, clean, organize, and maintain data from multiple sources.\nAnalyze business data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and errors.\nPrepare accurate reports, dashboards, and data summaries for internal teams and international clients.\nWork extensively with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning, and reporting.\nWork with SQL and databases to retrieve, filter, and analyze data.\nExtract and transform data from websites, APIs, spreadsheets, databases, and third-party platforms.\nBuild and maintain automated reporting and data-processing workflows.\nUse AI tools to assist with data analysis, research, reporting, documentation, and repetitive data-related tasks.\nIdentify opportunities to improve data quality, accuracy, and reporting processes.\nCollaborate with the AI Automation and Development teams to integrate data into automated workflows and business systems.\nPerform data validation, quality checks, and error investigation.\nMaintain clear documentation of data sources, processes, reports, and analysis methods.\nResearch and evaluate new data, analytics, visualization, and AI tools.\nPresent findings and insights in a clear and understandable way to non-technical team members.\nSupport international clients with data-related tasks, reports, dashboards, and business analysis.\n\nExperienceAt least 1 year\nFreshers are also encouraged to apply.\n\nAdditional RequirementsAge 20 to 35 years\n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.\nBasic to intermediate knowledge of SQL and databases.\nUnderstanding of data cleaning, data organization, and data analysis.\nBasic knowledge of APIs, JSON, and data extraction is an advantage.\nKnowledge of Python is an advantage.\nExperience with Power BI, Looker Studio, or other data visualization tools is preferred.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\nAbility to learn new software, AI tools, and technologies independently.\nGood research and critical-thinking skills.\nAbility to work with international clients and understand business requirements.\nStrong spoken and written English communication skills.\nFresh graduates are encouraged to apply if they have strong analytical skills and practical knowledge of relevant tools.\nAI Skills\nCandidates should have practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI platforms.\nPreferred Skills\nAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets\nSQL and database management\nPower BI / Looker Studio\nPython for data analysis\nAPI-based data collection\nData visualization and dashboard development\nData cleaning and transformation\nAI-assisted data analysis\nBasic automation using n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools\nExperience working with CRM, ERP, accounting, or other business systems\nGit/GitHub knowledge is a plus\nPrevious experience working with international clients is a plus\nA portfolio of dashboards, reports, data analysis, or automation projects will be an advantage.\n\nEmployment status: Full Time\nWorkplace: Work at office\nVacancies: 4\nSalary: Tk. 20000 -
