Our servers have the chance to share in those memories with our guests while serving Alaska cuisine and locally made drinks.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nPerform a variety of high-level guest service and sales tasks. \nExecute a variety of routine food preparation tasks. \nRegular entry of food and beverage items into the POS (point of sales) system. \nProcess guest payments and prepare reports needed for accounting personnel. \nAssist in the embark and disembark process of guests, handle luggage and operate internal lift for guests with limited mobility. \nAnswer customer, employee and management queries while upholding our high service standards. \nREQUIREMENTS\nMust pass a pre-employment background check. \nMinimum age of 18 years required to serve alcohol in the State of Alaska. \nMinimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing, where available.\nMust be eligible to work in the United States.
