Serving as an independent quality control resource within the HR Systems team, this role leads data audits, validation processes, and quality assurance activities to support reliable reporting, effective system utilization, and strong data governance.\nThe position partners with HR Systems and functional HR teams to identify data discrepancies, resolve root causes, and promote consistent data standards across the HR technology landscape.\nKey Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:\nExecutes audit routines, validations, and reports findings within the data quality program framework, across HR systems.\nConduct structured audits, root cause analyses, and maintain audit logs across key HR functions.\nMonitor transactions and data entry activities to identify discrepancies, anomalies, or control gaps.\nEstablish a validation process and testing procedure to ensure expected functionality and data outcomes in alignment with the data quality program.\nPartner with HR Systems team members to test functional-area data processes while maintaining independent validation of outcomes.\nValidate accuracy and integrity of reports, dashboards, and data outputs across HR systems.\nIdentify discrepancies impacting operational, executive, or regulatory reporting.\nCollaborate with HR functional teams to resolve data and system issues, providing recommendations leading to better data outcomes.\nServe as a central coordination point for data quality concerns and educate users on data standards, system usage, and quality expectations.\nDevelop and maintain process documentation, audit procedures, and data quality standards.\nExpected to maintain a regular and predictable work schedule and full attention to and engagement in work activities on behalf of the firm during business hours unless otherwise approved or required by applicable law. \nSpecial projects and duties as assigned. \nRequired Qualifications & Education:\nBachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.\n4+ years of experience in HR information systems management or a related field.\nCommunicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, including HR leadership, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders, regarding technical and analytical information.\nWorking knowledge of data analysis, interpretation, and visualization.\nStrong organizational, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.\nAbility to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office products.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to sit or stand for extended periods of time.\nModerate or advanced keyboard usage.\nBenefits: Our goal is to promote a work environment in which individuals have access to the resources they need to be their best both professionally and personally, which includes resources that encourage individuals to focus on their health and well-being.\nBelow are the benefits we offer: comprehensive medical (PPO and HDHPs), dental and vision plans including coverage for domestic partners; life and AD&D insurance; short and long term disability insurance; tax-advantaged accounts for health care expenses, including FSAs and HSAs; FSAs for dependent care; health advocacy services; behavioral health and counseling resources for all family members; 401(k); profit sharing; backup dependent care; senior care planning support; resources for individuals with development disabilities and their caregivers; and paid holidays and other paid time off, including paid leave for new parents.\nHolland & Knight is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth or related conditions, transgender status, and sexual orientation), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status or any other factor prohibited by law.\nApplicants who are interested in applying for a position and require an accommodation during the process should contact .\nPersonal Information collected from applicants will be used for the purpose of processing the application throughout any recruitment or employment process, as well as inclusion in a personnel file.
