The ideal candidate will work on end-to-end data solutions supporting analytics initiatives across domains in the Life Sciences industry.\n\nResponsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Databricks.\n\n- Develop curated datasets for clinical, regulatory, and commercial analytics using SQL and PySpark.\n\n- Create and support dashboards and reports using Power BI.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions.\n\n- Work closely with ERP teams such as Salesforce.com and SAP to integrate and transform business-critical data into analytic-ready formats.\n\n- Partner with Data Scientists to enable advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives.\n\n- Use Azure DevOps to manage code repositories, track tasks, and support agile delivery processes.\n\n- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data workflows for reliability and performance.\n\nTech Stack : \n\n- Microsoft Fabric (must-have)\n\n- Azure Synapse Analytics/ADF (must-have)\n\n- Databricks/PySpark (must-have)\n\n- SQL (complex queries, optimization) (must-have)\n\n- Power BI (highly preferred)\n\n- Azure DevOps (highly preferred)\n\nRequirements : \n\n- 5+ years of overall corporate experience.\n\n- 4+ years of experience in the data domain with Fabric/Azure Synapse/ADF.\n\n- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks and notebooks.\n\n- 3+ years of experience in SQL.\n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.\n\n- Excellent communication skills (English).\n\n- Required to be on-site minimum 3 days a week in Gurgaon.\n\nSkills\nMicrosoft Fabric, Databricks,
