Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?\nWith Hollywoodbets You Will:\nInnovate and create as part of a like-minded, authentic Team eager to achieve goals.\nEmbrace challenges and the thrill of working in a vibrant and fast-paced industry.\nGrow with our development plans and culture that allows you to further your career.\nYou Bring:\nGraphic Design Skills \nDesktop Publishing Tools \nLayout Skills \nPhotoshop\nDiploma or bachelor’s degree in graphic design\nWhat You’ll Do For The Brand:\nOperational\nGeneral design work (posters, flyers, merchandise and other marketing material).\nDetermine the message the design should portray and work closely with the marketing function of the customer.\nCreate images in line with the marketing strategy and brand strategy, aligned to internal company design preferences for customer accounts.\nDisplay a range of creative design techniques to materialize the concept and design required.\nPlans concept by studying information and materials to ensure all information is included.\nLiaise with the printers in terms of artwork and colors, layout, quality, paper etc.\nApprove the print run executed by the printers against the initially approved artwork.\nAchieve deadlines and working as quick and efficiently as possible.\nUpdating adverts on the website and betting displays.\nLiaising with branch team leaders and managers with regards to any design work requested for their branch at customers.\nPhotocopying and deep etching pictures in photoshop.\nDesigning signage for customers.\nSignage application.\nOverseeing general design work.\nReview designs for errors before printing and publishing them.\nIllustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.\nObtain approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval by the customer.\nPrepare finished copy and prepare final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.\nComplete projects by coordinating with printing and publishing.\nAnticipate the type of design required based on past experience and feedback.\nPeople\nEnforcing ethical, honest, transparent, fair work environment.\nSourcing of training as and when needed for staff.\nAdequate recognition of staff efforts.\nTalent retention (through role creation, career path planning).\nDirecting, supervising, managing, guiding, mentoring junior and advanced graphic designers.\nCompliance, risk and quality\nCreating, maintaining and enforcing company policies and procedures.\nEnsure logical saving of all work, designs, artwork, approvals etc.\nEnsure that all artwork, designs, approvals etc are chronologically saved/backed up.\nEnsure error free designs with accurate content.\nEnsure that designs are free from racial, gender bias, derogatory, defamatory comments.\nGrowth and new markets/products\nMaintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.\nKeep abreast with competitor activity, market innovation, market trends, customer trends.\nEnsure measures are put in place and steps are taken to achieve the short term, medium term and long-term goals.\nProduct innovation, new service offerings to customers.\nSource new customers.\nWhat You’ll Bring To The Team:\nHigh attention to detail\nGood communication skills\nAbility to problem solve in a timely and effective manner\nHigh sense of accountability towards work\nAnalytical Skills \nComputer Skills \nSo, are you ready to level up, learn, and perform at your best?
