Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in QA and test automation across complex enterprise delivery portfolios.
  • Proven hands-on expertise with Python, Robot Framework, Playwright, and/or Selenium, and can build maintainable automation that scales.
  • Comfortable integrating automated testing into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, with a focus on fast feedback and measurable quality outcomes.
  • Ability to implement lightweight governance (standards, controls, reporting) that improves consistency without slowing teams down.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical partners, and you can influence without authority to drive better outcomes.
  • Can proactively spot risks, inefficiencies, and quality gaps, and you take ownership to fix them.

Nice to have:

  • Service/API testing capability: Exposure to Java-based gRPC tooling is a plus.
  • AI-driven development.
  • Capital Markets domain experience.
