Our teams deliver the Holman Experience by treating our customers and each other as we would like to be treated, and creating positive, rewarding relationships all around.\nThe automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.\nBusiness Analysis & Requirements Management\nLead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to understand business processes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.\nGather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements for ServiceNow enhancements and implementations.\nDevelop and maintain process maps, use cases, business requirements documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, and field mapping documentation.\nIdentify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to optimize workflows through ServiceNow capabilities and automation.\nSolution Design & Process Improvement\nPartner with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to define scalable, supportable, and user-focused solutions.\nEvaluate solution alternatives and provide recommendations based on business value, user experience, platform capabilities, implementation complexity, and long-term maintenance considerations.\nFacilitate discussions to balance stakeholder needs, technical constraints, budget considerations, and delivery timelines.\nAgile Delivery & Product Backlog Management\nSupport Agile and Scrum delivery processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\nCreate and manage Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria to ensure development teams have clear and actionable requirements.\nCollaborate with Product Owners and development teams to prioritize work, manage dependencies, and monitor progress against project milestones.\nMaintain accurate project and sprint artifacts within Azure DevOps, ServiceNow Agile, or other project management tools.\nTesting & Quality Assurance\nDevelop test plans, test scenarios, and validation criteria aligned with business requirements.\nCoordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production readiness activities.\nDocument, track, and resolve defects while ensuring solutions meet business expectations and quality standards.\nFacilitate stakeholder signoff and approval processes prior to deployment.\nDeployment, Change Management & Adoption\nSupport release planning and implementation activities for new functionality, enhancements, and platform updates.\nDevelop stakeholder communications, release notes, training materials, and \"What's New\" documentation.\nPartner with business teams, support teams, and training resources to drive successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions.\nAssist with transition planning and operational readiness activities to ensure sustainable support after deployment.\nStakeholder Management & Communication\nBuild strong relationships across IT, Operations, and other business functions.\nCommunicate project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.\nInfluence decision-making through data-driven analysis and business case development.\nFacilitate discussions between technical and non-technical audiences to drive alignment and achieve desired outcomes.\nContinuous Improvement & Platform Support\nIdentify opportunities to improve service delivery, user experience, and business processes through ServiceNow capabilities.\nAssist with analysis and prioritization of enhancement requests, incidents, and operational support issues.\nStay current on ServiceNow capabilities, industry trends, Agile methodologies, and business analysis best practices.\nSupport continuous platform maturity through governance, standardization, and process optimization initiatives.\nExperience\n2+ years of Business Analysis, or related experience.\nExperience supporting enterprise applications, workflow platforms, or digital transformation initiatives.\nExperience with ServiceNow ITSM or other ServiceNow product suites preferred.\nExperience facilitating workshops, documenting requirements, testing, and supporting deployments.\nExperience managing testing and QA process.\nExperience working with both technical and business stakeholders on medium to large-scale projects.\nPrior experience in Agile software development environments preferred.\nAt Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
