Offering a forward-thinking, innovative, and vibrant company culture, along with the opportunity to share your unique potential, there really is no place like Holmes!\nEssential Responsibilities:\nPrepares certificates, binders, and auto ID cards.\nInvoice agency bill transactions for new and renewal policies, monthly installments, endorsements, and audits.\nEnsure accuracy of invoicing and work with accounting to resolve any discrepancies.\nOrder policy changes from carriers, update agency management system/exposure schedules and set follow-up tasks.\nInvestigates and corrects omitted items and commission differences on premium discrepancies (policies, audits and endorsements)\nGather quotes from online platforms\nAssess quotes and binders on accounts for accuracy and prepare proposal documents for clients\nQualifications:\n· Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred.\n· Experience: Minimum 1 year of administrative, customer service, or office experience, preferably in the insurance industry.\n· Licensing: Active state specific Property Casualty Insurance agent’s license required or the ability to acquire license within three months of hire.\n· Technical Competencies: Invests in understanding and applying insurance principles to consult with clients and meet their strategic needs. Actively contributes to workflows, processes, and deliverables, using agency systems to provide a world-class client experience and ensure compliance.
