Offering a forward-thinking, innovative, and vibrant company culture, along with the opportunity to share your unique potential, there really is no place like Holmes!\nEssential Responsibilities:\nPrepares certificates, binders, and auto ID cards.\nEnsure accuracy of invoicing and work with accounting to resolve any discrepancies.\nOrder policy changes from carriers, update agency management system/exposure schedules and set follow-up tasks.\nInvestigates and corrects omitted items and commission differences on premium discrepancies (policies, audits and endorsements)\nReview, process, and deliver policy audits to clients.\nUpdate agency management system and third-party platforms related to new and existing clients.\nQualifications:\nEducation: High school diploma; college degree preferred.\nExperience: Minimum 0-1 year of administrative, customer service, or office experience, preferably in the insurance industry.\nLicensing: Active state specific Property Casualty Insurance agent’s license required or the ability to acquire license within three months of hire.\nTechnical Competencies: Invest in understanding and applying insurance principles to advise clients on risk transfer, financial elements, and business transactions. Contribute to workflows and processes to deliver a world-class client experience while adhering to compliance requirements.
