The Salesforce Administrator II should enjoy learning new business processes in order to translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nSalesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) page layouts and lightning pages, record types, approval processes, apps, and flow.\nAnalyze requirements and translate into scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.\nSupport enterprise custom applications (HMA Foundation, Shareholder, Marketing Cloud, etc.).\nTroubleshoot and resolve user issues and provide timely support\nOffer knowledge/support to internal teams facilitating new user setup, data cleansing, reports/dashboards\nAdditional Responsibilities:\nRemain informed of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements\nPerform special projects and other duties as required.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nExperience working on Salesforce platform.\nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.\nAbility to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull objects.\nMust be knowledgeable of and comply with HMA's Client Privacy Policy, HIPAA regulations and E&O procedures and policies.\nQualifications:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related field preferred.\nExperience: 2-4 years Salesforce Experience. Knowledge of Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud preferred.
