Alongside gaining extensive experience in your desired field, you will have opportunities to learn more about the company, network with leadership, and develop essential skills for success in a global organization.\nResponsibilities\nAs an Internal Audit Intern, you will engage in various activities, including:\nTesting:Attend meetings with Process Owners and management.\nAssist in updating test matrices.\nAssist in performing compliance tests in areas such as Financial Reporting, Revenue, Receivables, Inventory, Purchasing, Payables, Fixed Assets, Payroll, and Human Resources.\nComplete workpapers under the direction of Internal Audit leadership.\n\nFinancial and Operational Audit Assignments:Assist in reviewing and testing policies, procedures, and controls to identify opportunities for improvement.\nContribute to draft audit reports with recommendations.\n\nIT Application Control Testing:\nAssist in conducting interviews and meetings with IT and process owners.\nUpdate workpapers and perform assigned compliance tests under the direction of Internal Audit leadership.\nTravel and Entertainment (T&E) Expense Compliance:\nAssist in testing T&E expenses against the Corporate T&E policy.\nAssist in conducting T&E investigations as needed.\nSupport continuous monitoring and special investigations related to T&E.\nLocation: Based in Marlboro, MA.\nPay range: $23 - $30 per hour, based on your class standing and operational function.\nEducation: A graduate student pursuing a master’s level degree or a third- or fourth-year college student pursuing a degree in Business Administration; Accounting, Information Technology, Business Analytics major preferred\nExperience: Current student. Meaningful internship or Co-op experience a plus but not required.\nQualifications\nWe are looking for bright, inquisitive problem solvers who strive to make a difference.
