# Program Manager, Lifecycle Management

Job Summary Hologic is seeking a Program Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of lifecycle management projects from scoping and planning through completion. This role will manage and support cross-functional project teams within a matrixed organization, ensuring that project objectives, timelines, risks, and dependencies are effectively planned, tracked, and communicated. The successful candidate will work closely with Marketing, Regional Sales, Service, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and other functional partners align project priorities to business objectives and ensure project success. This role requires strong organization, communication, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while escalating issues appropriately. The Program Manager will work on-site in Hologic’s San Diego office 5 days per week.
