# Program Manager, Software Projects

Job Summary Hologic is seeking a Program Manager responsible for managing software projects from scoping and planning through product release. This role will manage and support cross-functional project teams within a matrixed organization, helping to ensure that project objectives, timelines, risks, dependencies, and release activities are effectively planned, tracked, and communicated. The successful candidate will work closely with software engineering, software verification, product management, quality, regulatory, and other functional partners to support project execution, Engineering Change Request processes, and release readiness. This role requires strong organization, communication, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while escalating issues appropriately. The Program Manager will work on-site in Hologic’s San Diego office 5 days per week.
