The successful candidate will bring strong financial leadership, commercial judgment, and the ability to build trusted partnerships across a complex organization.\nWhat To Expect:\nServe as a strategic finance partner to the North America BSH commercial organisation.\nPartner closely with Sales, Commercial, Global Business leaders, and Finance leadership to support business priorities.\nLead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management activities.\nProvide financial insight and guidance to support revenue growth, margin improvement, pricing decisions, and commercial execution.\nSupport pricing analysis, deal review, offer development, territory alignment, sales incentives, and commercial investment decisions.\nPartner with commercial teams to understand business needs and provide proactive financial guidance.\nSupport complex customer deals and help evaluate financial risks and opportunities.\nOwn OPEX management, revenue planning, and financial reporting.\nHelp streamline reporting, forecasting, and planning processes to support a more global operating model.\nPartner with international finance colleagues to drive alignment and consistency across regions.\nLead, coach, and develop a Finance team\nBuild a culture of collaboration, accountability, adaptability, and strong business partnership.\nProvide clear financial analysis and recommendations to senior leaders.\nHelp strengthen financial transparency, decision support, and overall business performance.\nWhat We Expect:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.\nSignificant progressive finance experience, ideally including FP&A, commercial finance, and business partnering.\nExperience leading and developing finance teams.\nStrong experience in planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.\nCommercial finance experience supporting sales leaders, pricing, deal review, revenue planning, profitability analysis, or commercial operations.\nStrong business judgment with the confidence to challenge assumptions and influence decisions.\nExperience working in a complex, matrixed, and evolving organization.\nStrong financial modeling, scenario planning, and analytical skills.\nAbility to translate financial data into clear insights, recommendations, and business actions.\nStrong communication skills and executive presence.\nA collaborative, adaptable, and proactive leadership style.\nComfort leading through change and organizational transformation.\nMedTech experience is preferred, but strong commercial finance experience from other industries may also be considered.\nMBA, CPA, or similar advanced qualification is preferred.\nKnowledge of ERP systems, financial planning tools, and business intelligence platforms is beneficial.\nWhy Hologic?\nAt Hologic, our mission is simple: to enable healthier lives everywhere, every day.
