This role will work closely with senior finance leaders and business stakeholders to provide accurate financial insight, support decision-making, and help drive delivery of regional and divisional financial objectives.\nThis is a key supporting role within the International FP&A team and will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment, managing multiple priorities, and delivering high quality work under pressure. You will play an important role in supporting financial performance, improving reporting processes, and contributing to strategic and tactical planning across the region.\nWhat To Expect:\nDrive international financial analysis across revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, profitability, units, ASP, and performance trends.\nPartner with stakeholders and business leaders to support delivery of financial objectives and proactively identify risks and opportunities.\nSupport the execution of strategic and tactical plans across the region.\nDevelop, track, and analyze key leading indicators and performance metrics.\nPrepare country, regional, and divisional profitability reporting, including unit, ASP, gross margin, and operating expense analysis.\nSupport the annual budget process, working with senior leaders to prepare accurate, credible, and financially sound budgets.\nPrepare quarterly forecasts at the required level of detail and ensure accurate system uploads.\nProvide focused P&L landing estimates during quarter-end cycles.\nChallenge business partners constructively to improve forecast accuracy and proactively mitigate financial risks.\nSupport consolidation of International financial results and reporting.\nAssist the FP&A Director with business reviews, finance cycles, and executive-level reporting.\nContribute to process improvement, knowledge sharing, cross-training, and holiday cover across the FP&A team.\nSupport ad hoc reporting, analysis, and projects linked to international strategy and business performance.\nHelp drive the FP&A team toward its goal of being a best-in-class business partner.\nWhat We Expect:\nStrong experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, commercial finance, business finance, or a related finance role.\nStrong financial analysis skills, with experience analyzing revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, profitability, budgets, and forecasts.\nAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.\nStrong working knowledge of Hyperion.\nWorking knowledge of Oracle and associated applications would be an advantage.\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.\nAbility to manage and prioritize workload independently across multiple concurrent activities.\nExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.\nAbility to work in a global matrix environment and build strong relationships across the organization.\nComfortable working with complex data and business issues requiring strong understanding of organizational objectives.\nAbility to support budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.\nProactive, flexible, and hands-on approach, with the ability to see both the detail and the bigger picture.\nCuriosity about and practical experience with AI tools in FP&A, with the judgment to validate AI-generated outputs and ensure accuracy, data integrity, and compliance.\nWillingness to identify and drive opportunities where AI and automation can improve the speed, quality, and insight of planning and forecasting processes.\nAbility to travel a few days per quarter as required.\nFluency in English is essential.\nWhy Hologic?\nWork in a highly visible international finance role supporting strategic business decisions\nPartner with senior leaders and stakeholders across a global organization.\nContribute to meaningful financial planning, analysis, and reporting that supports Hologic’s international growth.\nDevelop your FP&A expertise in a collaborative, fast-paced, and commercially focused environment.\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\nSalary: €65,000 - €78,000 gross per year.
