The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and a thorough understanding of revenue accounting standards, such as ASC 606.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPrepare monthly revenue journal entries and account reconciliations.\nAnalyze and verify financial information to ensure accurate revenue reporting.\nAssist with the implementation and maintenance of revenue recognition policies in accordance with GAAP and other regulatory standards.\nReview customer contracts and identify revenue-related issues.\nCollaborate with the sales and legal departments to ensure that revenue-related terms in contracts are compliant with accounting policies.\nSupport the month-end and year-end close processes by providing timely and accurate financial information.\nAssist with the preparation of financial statements and reports, highlighting revenue streams and trends.\nParticipate in the development and implementation of internal controls related to revenue.\nSupport external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to revenue accounts.\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations, industry trends, and best practices in revenue accounting.\nWork on special projects and analyses as requested by management.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.\nCPA or CPA candidate is preferred.\n1-3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on revenue recognition.\nStrong understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition principles, specifically ASC 606.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.\nExperience with accounting software and ERP systems.\nExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nEffective communication skills, both written and verbal.\nOnsite (in Marlborough office 4x/week)\nReady to make a difference in women’s health?
