In this role, you will help identify potential customers, keep our CRM up to date, support pipeline reporting, and assist with the preparation and follow-up of customer meetings - gaining hands-on insight into B2B sales for a fast-growing enterprise XR platform.YOUR MISSION\nResearch and identify potential target customers and key contacts across our core industries (Automotive, Manufacturing, Defense/Aerospace)\nMaintain and update contacts, opportunities, and activities in our CRM system to keep a clean, reliable data foundation for the sales team\nSupport pipeline and deal reporting/analytics (e.g., deal velocity, conversion rates) for sales leadership and management\nCoordinate meetings and support the preparation and follow-up of customer calls and product demos\nAssist in creating proposals and presentation materials\nOccasional direct contact with prospects and customers, e.g., for scheduling or simple inquiries\nAssist to build growth strategies for our key accounts\nYOUR PROFILE\n ExperienceCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Business, Economics, or a related field\nFirst practical experience in sales, marketing, or business development (e.g., through internships) is a plus, but not required\n Technical AffinityInterest in XR technologies (AR/VR) and emerging technology in general\nComfortable working with MS Office (especially Excel/PowerPoint)\nExperience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) is a plus\n Skills & MindsetStructured, detail-oriented, and independent way of working\nStrong research and analytical skills, comfortable interpreting data\nProactive, hands-on mentality and willingness to take on ad-hoc tasks\nFluent in English (mandatory);
