Ensures high operational excellence standards, through equipment availability and reliability to customers.\nThe incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily:\nDemonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; \nCollaborate with key internal/external resources; \nParticipate in ongoing self-development.\nEssential Functions\nHires, develops, evaluates, and influences effective and consistent productivity and teamwork to ensure the delivery of Legendary Customer Service (LCS)\nModels, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission\nManages branch operations and personnel\nAssists with equipment demonstrations and technical support\nDrives Sales and Marketing initiatives, market share, and customer retention\nEstablishes high safety standards for audits, training, and compliance with State, Federal, OSHA, and DOT regulations, drug and alcohol testing, and the safe equipment maintenance program within the branch\nRecruits, trains, develops, and retains qualified employees; Communicates job expectations and fosters a climate conducive to optimizing performance and outcomes\nSupports the Sales Manager and Outside Sales Representatives by providing a thorough understanding of market conditions including current customers, potential customers, and competitors for assigned territory\nResponsible for the product quality of the branch to include, equipment, on time deliveries, service response, showroom, etc.\nPlans, directs, and coordinates all rental equipment operations within the branch supervised\nFosters a customer-focused approach to operations, sales, and service\nReviews product offering and works with support departments to optimize profitable market share growth and financial performance\nEnsures accurate financial reporting and budget preparation\nDriven and results oriented; business development and KPIs to meet corporate targets\nWorks safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nStrong technical aptitude and understanding of construction equipment and rental industry\nKnowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
