The Manufacturing Floor and Quality Assurance Supervisor is a key role in managing the manufacturing process and ensuring high-quality products. Responsibilities include overseeing the floor team and fostering the development of both competence and commitment among team members. The individual aligns objectives, development levels, and leadership styles, conduct timely performance reviews, and support team members in adhering to safety protocols and maintaining consistent quality standards.
