Master Truck Service Technician - HOLT Truck Centers

The Level 5 Master Certified Technician is the highest level of technical expertise within the organization. This role is responsible for advanced diagnostics, complex problem-solving, and driving technical excellence across the operation. The Master Technician plays a critical role in mentoring, training, and supporting overall shop performance.

Master-level position - Typically possesses more than eight years of experience and/or has demonstrated advanced job-relevant knowledge and skills. A Master Technician exhibits expert-level understanding of the field’s standards, technical concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on significant experience and sound judgment to independently plan, lead, and accomplish goals. Handles a wide variety of advanced, complex, and technical tasks; proactively identifies solutions, takes initiative, and functions with minimal to no supervision. Also provides guidance and mentorship to less experienced technicians.
