Outside Sales Representative - HOLT Industrial Rentals

The Outside Sales Representative - Industrial focuses on generating sales, developing customer relationships, and expanding our customer base. This role is responsible for maintaining and growing existing relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and providing legendary customer service to ensure long-term client satisfaction.

This position would cater to the Industrial market segment geared towards those customers who consistently use equipment for either short term use or long term projects including Power Plants, Manufacturing/Processing Plants, Hospitals, Telecommunications, Schools, Correctional Facilities, or College Campuses.

The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices on a daily basis: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development.
