HOLT Group is a family-owned industrial holding company headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, whose flagship business HOLT CAT is the largest Caterpillar equipment dealership in the United States. The family traces its roots to Benjamin Holt, who built the first Caterpillar track-type tractor in 1904, and the group also runs HOLT Truck Centers, HOLT Manufacturing, Texas First Rentals and energy businesses. Its openings are mostly for truck and heavy equipment service technicians, welders, field service technicians, parts managers and outside sales representatives.
