Right now, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Helsinki. If you want to help small businesses thrive, then read on.

What you’ll do

We’re looking for a product marketer who deeply understands the Finnish landscape of small businesses and banking, and can own a product area from positioning all the way through to adoption.

You’ll own one of our product streams from the product marketing site across the customer lifecycle - today that’s everything around invoicing, expenses, receipts and accounting - and you’ll lead go-to-market work for the Finnish market, whether that is for new target groups, new features or new products. You’ll work closely with our distribution and reseller partners, equipping them with the right messages, tools and content so launches land and products get used.

A typical day could see you:

• Owning positioning, messaging, launch and adoption for a product stream, end to end and briefing these information to our marketing team

• Briefing and coordinating product launches to ensure that the right messages are delivered at the right time in the right channels

• Working with our CRM lead to turn a launch into lifecycle flows that drive real usage

• Watching your stream’s numbers - adoption, usage, revenue - and bringing the team a signal, an insight and an opportunity

• Collaborating with our product and development teams to turn technical specs into compelling value propositions

• Writing Finnish language marketing materials around our products and features - from landing pages to sales collateral and more

• Localising and refining our in-product and UX copy from English to Finnish

• Enabling our sales efforts with clear messaging, tools and content

• Working with partners to provide briefings, ensure the correct representation of our product and accelerate sales

This is for you if you:

• Have 4+ years of experience within product marketing or a similar field

• Have owned a product or product area end to end, and driven it forward without being chased

• Have experience working in a fast paced growth company / startup environment

• Have worked in fintech, banking or financial services - ideally in a B2B context and within the target group of SMEs

• Have experience planning and executing go-to-market activities

• Are fluent in Finnish and can write and edit marketing content for a variety of product marketing channels

• Are fluent in English - both written and spoken

• Are a strong collaborator: you flag workload and trade-offs early, you’re comfortable saying no with a reason, and people find it easy to work with you

• Have strong project management skills and can keep several things moving at once

• Enjoy working with partners or external stakeholders to drive outcomes

• Are motivated to help small business owners thrive

• Care about outcomes and use data to guide your work, even when the data isn’t perfect

• Use AI tools as a normal part of how you work

It’s a plus if you:

• Understand the world of marketing beyond the product marketing

• Have a track record of launching products in local markets

• Have familiarity with customer segmentation or persona development

• Are comfortable working in cross-functional teams

• Have previously worked with: Jira, Wordpress, HubSpot, Figma, Transifex, Looker or Redash

Logistics

• This is a full-time permanent position in our Product Marketing Team where you’ll report to our Product Marketing & Communications Lead based in Berlin

• You’ll be headquartered in our sleek office in Kallio, Helsinki.
