You will make sure that retail orders are prepared completely and delivered on time, while also supporting reliable D2C fulfillment, inventory flow, and customer experience.\nThis role is highly operational and hands-on. You are the kind of person who spots a problem, takes ownership, and fixes it before it becomes a bigger issue.\nRetail Logistics Ownership\nTake end-to-end responsibility for ensuring that retail orders are complete and ready for shipment on time.\nOwn Retail OTIF performance and proactively steer against deviations with fulfillment partners and retail customers.\nCoordinate display assembly, capacity planning, timelines, and escalations.\nD2C Logistics Support\nSupport reliable D2C order fulfillment, inventory flow, replenishment, and delivery performance.\nMonitor open operational issues and coordinate quick resolutions with fulfillment partners, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and E-Commerce.\nSupport accurate system synchronization across warehouses and sales channels.\n3PL Partnership & Operations Oversight\nAct as an operational contact for our fulfillment partners across Retail and D2C topics.\nEnsure SLA adherence and daily operational stability.\nEscalate and resolve deviations in speed, accuracy, availability, or cost efficiency swiftly.\nPerformance Analysis & Reporting\nTrack retail and D2C logistics KPIs and turn them into actionable insights.\nUse partner reports and internal dashboards to identify risks, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.\nMaintain clear SOPs, documentation, and performance reporting for internal visibility.\nCross-Functional CoordinationAct as the communication bridge between Logistics, Inside Sales, Retail, E-Commerce, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and external partners.\nKeep stakeholders informed of critical operational updates, risks, and changes.\nLead root-cause investigations and coordinate quick resolutions to protect customer experience.\nProcess Improvement & ScalabilityImprove recurring logistics workflows across Retail and D2C.\nIdentify efficiency and cost-reduction opportunities and track implementation progress.\nHelp build scalable logistics playbooks for HOLY's omnichannel growth.\nAbout You\nRetail-Ops-Ownership: You take full end-to-end responsibility for retail order readiness and OTIF performance, proactively steering against deviations before they become escalations.\n3PL & partner management: Proven experience managing fulfillment partners operationally - holding them to SLAs, resolving deviations in speed, accuracy or cost quickly and calmly.\nCross-functional coordination: Comfortable acting as the bridge between Logistics, Retail, E-Commerce, Customer Service and Supply Chain, keeping stakeholders aligned even when things move fast.\nAnalytical & KPI-driven: Skilled at turning partner reports and internal dashboards into actionable insights, spotting risks and recurring issues early.\nLanguage proficiency: Fluency in English and German is a must.\nOur Offering\nIn today's job market, A-players have many options to choose from.
