If you're working in residential construction, site inspection or quality assurance and want more variety, influence and a clear route into a Technical Quality Manager career, this could be your next move. We can't offer a CoS for this role.\nYou have\n·Residential construction experience or equivalent industry knowledge\n·Experience identifying defects, snags or workmanship concerns\n·knowledge of building regulations, standards and site safety\n·An NVQ in Site Inspection, or a willingness to work towards one.\n·A relevant professional accreditation, or a willingness to work towards one, such as RICS,\nCIOB, ICWCI, RIBA or equivalent.\n· A full driving licence and can travel regularly across sites\nStronger together\nWe do our best work when we’re ourselves.
