We can’t offer a CoS for this role.\nYou have\nHNC, HND or Degree in Surveying or a Construction-related discipline\nMCIOB and strong post-qualification experience\nPCAQT and HHSRS qualification, or willingness to complete it after joining us\nStrong understanding of building pathology and ability to diagnose complex works such as subsidence. Current knowledge of relevant housing and building legislation and experience of Construction Design Management (CDM) client and design side.\nExperience diagnosing property condition and scoping for remedial works, working with DLO teams and contractors\nStronger together\nWe do our best work when we’re ourselves.
