We can’t offer a CoS for this role.\nYou have\nAn NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in construction or if not, strong equivalent operational experience.\nSMSTS or equivalent health and safety qualification and experience managing the health and safety of a direct workforce and contractors.\nGreat knowledge of housing repairs and improvements, including building regulations and working to specifications.\nExperience of managing maintenance or construction teams, successfully delivering work programmes within time and budget, driving performance, productivity and quality.\nA full current manual driving licence, as you will be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.\nStronger together\nWe do our best work when we’re ourselves.
