We can’t offer a CoS for this role\nYou have\nPassion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting\nLevel 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it)\nExperience assessing referrals and coordinating support. Able to use technology to update support plans, complete online learning and to collaborate with colleagues.\nThe ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach\nWorking\nwith customers with adult social care\nneeds in the community, providing support that is tailored in both type and duration to meet each individual’s needs.\nStronger together\nWe do our best work when we’re ourselves. You will be based at an office in a residential service and be part of a Countywide team of outreach and residential workers.\nWhere we’re flexible with you, we do need to meet the needs of our customers. That may mean adapting your start or finishing times on occasion.\nSome weekend working may be required on a rotated basis, although we'll ask for volunteers first. You may also occasionally be required to provide office cover. There are no sleep-in shifts, and you won't be required to work Bank Holidays\nAfter your probationary period you will have the opportunity to become an out of hour’s On-Call responder (paid at £50 for the first hour).
