We are looking for someone who is keen to work, enjoys a busy environment and is willing to go the extra mile to support our clients and care team\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinating care packages and ensuring clients receive the right support.\nManaging staff rotas, scheduling visits and responding to changes in care needs.\nSupporting care staff and maintaining excellent communication with clients, families and colleagues.\nEnsuring care is delivered in line with company policies and relevant regulations.\nMaintaining accurate records and assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the service.\nProviding cover for client calls as a last resort when alternative staffing arrangements are unavailable, ensuring continuity of care for our clients.\nWorking flexibly to meet the needs of the business, including occasional changes to working hours.\nResponding promptly to any staffing or client emergencies that may arise.\nAbout You\nWe are keen to hear from candidates who:\nHave experience in a care coordination, care management or similar role.\nAre passionate about providing outstanding care and support.\nHave excellent organisational and communication skills.\nAre flexible and willing to work around the needs of the business.\nAre proactive, dependable and able to work well under pressure.\nHave a positive attitude and a genuine commitment to helping others.\nAre confident working independently and as part of a team.\nLocal to Bridgend with knowledge of the surrounding areas.
