As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll manage your own group of clients, making sure they receive the best possible care and support.\nYour clients will be based within a set local area, keeping travel between visits manageable.\nIn this role, you’ll take responsibility for overseeing every aspect of your clients’ care, ensuring it’s safe, effective, compliant and tailored to their individual needs.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLook after your own portfolio of clients, building friendly and professional relationships with them and their families.\nKeep an eye on the quality of care to make sure it’s always centred on each person’s unique needs.\nUpdate care plans whenever clients’ needs change.\nSupport clients after hospital stays, especially if their care needs are different.\nOffer advice, guidance and reassurance to clients and their families.\nKeep accurate and up-to-date records.\n A Little Bit About You\nWe’re looking for someone caring, organised, dynamic and confident, with a genuine interest in care and a real passion for supporting adults.\nWhat You’ll Need\nA full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for client visits.\nGreat communication and people skills.\nStrong organisation, time management and prioritisation abilities.\nSome experience or knowledge of care management or health and social care.\nWillingness to write and update care plans (don’t worry if you haven’t done this before -
