You'll be responsible for overseeing care delivery, conducting quality assurance, and building meaningful relationships with clients and their families.\nSome of the Things You'll Be Doing\nSupport care consultations and service reviews, creating comprehensive client support plans\nConduct staff supervisions and client quality assurance visits\nManage and audit client care plans using our digital care planning systems\nMaintain accurate records on Home Instead software and People Planner\nFacilitate introductions between clients and Care Professionals\nBuild strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals\nMentor and support our Care Professional team\nParticipate in on-call duties to ensure continuous support\nEnsure compliance with equality, diversity, and health & safety policies\n Essential Requirements:\nLevel 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification)\nProven experience in the care sector delivering personal care services\nExperience working with MAR sheets (eMar) and medication management in a supervisory capacity\nStrong knowledge of health and social care legislation and regulations\nExcellent communication skills with natural ability to build rapport\nConfidence with care management technology and ability to train others\nProficiency with IT systems including Microsoft Office or Google Suite\nFull UK driving licence and access to own transport\nFlexible, organised approach to meet business needs\n Ready to make a difference?\nIf you're looking for a rewarding role where you can directly impact the quality of care for vulnerable adults while developing your career in health and social care, we'd love to hear from you.\nWe encourage applications from all sections of the community as we want to reflect the neighbourhoods in which we work.
