You will work closely with senior management, office teams, and care professionals to ensure outstanding service delivery, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth.\nThis is an opportunity to make a real impact in a role where every decision contributes to improving the lives of older adults and vulnerable people within our community.\nKey Tasks\nLeading and supporting Care Managers and office teams\nDriving operational excellence and service performance\nEnsuring compliance with CQC regulations and company standards\nDeveloping and mentoring future leaders\nBuilding strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals\nMonitoring KPIs and implementing continuous improvement initiatives\nChampioning a positive culture focused on person-centred care\nSupporting business growth, recruitment, and retention strategies\nIdeal Candidate\nProven leadership experience within domiciliary care\nStrong operational and commercial awareness\nExcellent people management and coaching skills\nSound knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements\nPassion for delivering exceptional care outcomes\nAbility to lead change, inspire teams, and drive performance\nFull UK driving license and willingness to travel between services.
