This position is full-time, based at our offices in Walthamstow. We serve the Walthamstow and Redbridge areas and this role is ideal for locally based applicants.\nJob Description\nThe Recruitment & Training Administrator is expected to perform a variety of duties for the general administration of the office and the recruitment of Care Professionals. To recruit, screen, interview and process all potential Care Professionals in order to provide the highest quality service to clients, as well as support other staff members with clerical tasks. We are a community-based service and this role may involve occasional travel within the areas we serve. Duties will include:\nThe recruitment journey from application to initial training\nShort list, telephone Interview & qualify suitable candidates \nCoordinate candidate face to face interviews\nObtain references and complete DBS applications\nUpdate our talent tracking software\nUpdate, refresh and post vacancies \nCandidate administration through to contract issue\nOther office administration as required\nSupport the team as required, this may occasionally include visiting Clients\nThis role includes an out of hours on call duty, which is shared among the team\n Qualifications & Competencies\nPrevious recruitment or training experience\nPrevious experience in administration desirable\nGood understanding of all Microsoft office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)\nExcellent Maths & English skills\nGood clear telephone manner\nA keen eye for detail Well organised with a strong sense of initiative \nAble to work within and support our team\nYou will receive:\nCompetitive rates of pay.\nPension Scheme and Paid Holiday.\nOngoing support - We want to make sure you get the most out of your career.
