We are seeking an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to take responsibility for planning, organising, and maintaining consistent schedules that align with our Home Instead model. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain effective, efficient schedules for clients and Care Professionals. Ensure schedules optimise travel time and availability while meeting client needs. Be responsive to changes, making real-time adjustments when necessary. Match Care Professionals with clients, arranging introductions in collaboration with the care team.
