This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering outstanding care, supporting our care teams, and helping us make a real difference in the lives of people within our community.\nYou'll work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the safe, effective, and compliant delivery of care services while leading and supporting our dedicated team of Care Professionals.\nKey Tasks\nContribute to branch growth by converting care enquiries into new care packages, promoting our domiciliary and live-in care services, conducting assessments, and supporting families through the care journey from initial enquiry to service commencement.\nSupporting the day-to-day management of our domiciliary care service.\nConducting care assessments, reviews, and risk assessments.\nEnsuring care plans remain accurate and person-centred.\nMonitoring service quality and compliance with CQC regulations.\nSupervising, mentoring, and supporting care staff.\nAssisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training activities.\nHandling client and staff queries professionally and effectively.\nCovering on-call duties on a rota basis where required.\nManaging and coordinating care staff rotas to ensure efficient service delivery when Scheduling support is needed.\nReporting to the Registered Manager with business growth and service development.\nIdeal Candidate\nEssential:\nPrevious experience within domiciliary/home care.\nExperience as aCare Coordinator, Senior Care Coordinator, Team Leader, or Deputy Care Manager.\nGood understanding of CQC regulations and care standards.\nPromote and sell our domiciliary and live-in care services to prospective clients, families, healthcare professionals, and local community partners.\nConduct initial consultations and assessments, supporting clients from enquiry through to service commencement.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with referral sources to generate new business opportunities.\nStrong planning and scheduling skills.\nExcellent IT and administration skills.\nA valid Category B driving license is a genuine occupational requirement for this role due to the need to travel between remote sites where public transport is unavailable.\nWilling to complete an Enhanced DBS\nDesirable:\nNVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care.\nWorking towards or holding Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification.\nExperience supporting branch growth and development.\n What happens next?\nAs soon as you apply, one of our friendly recruitment team will be in touch with you within 24-48 hours\nWe will arrange an interview with you\nIf you’re successful, you can be working with us ASAP\nCongratulations!
