These achievements reflect our commitment to excellence, and we want to continue building a team that shares our ambition and values.\nIf you enjoy helping people learn, grow and succeed, this could be the opportunity you have been looking for.\nAbout the Role\nAs our Care Trainer, you will play a key role in ensuring our Care Professionals have the skills, knowledge and confidence to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.\nYou will help create a positive learning environment, supporting colleagues from their initial induction through their ongoing professional development.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nDelivering engaging induction and training sessions for new Care Professionals.\nSupporting ongoing training and development to maintain and enhance care standards.\nHelping colleagues develop their practical skills, knowledge and confidence.\nEnsuring training reflects current requirements, best practice and our approach to relationship-led care.\nKeeping accurate training records and supporting compliance with relevant training requirements.\nIdentifying learning needs and helping develop effective training resources and approaches.\nEncouraging a culture of continuous learning, professional pride and improvement.\nWorking with the wider team to ensure our Care Professionals feel supported throughout their journey with us.\nParticipating in a rota to support our service out of hours\nYou will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact, helping our team deliver the quality of care that our clients deserve.\nAbout You\nWe are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about learning and development and passionate about the difference great care can make.\nYou will ideally have:\nExperience in the care sector and a good understanding of person-centred care.\nExperience delivering training, coaching or supporting the development of others.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nThe ability to engage people with different levels of experience and confidence.\nA supportive, approachable style that encourages people to learn.\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.\nA commitment to maintaining high standards and helping others achieve their potential.\nRelevant training qualifications and experience delivering care-related training would be advantageous.
