Every one of our clients is unique and special, the joy and comfort our clients receive from one of our Care Professionals visiting them makes this an incredibly rewarding job.\nDuties include:\nReflect the core values of Home Instead \nContribute to a positive living environment to enhance a client’s quality of life.\nDocument daily activities and report any significant changes in a client’s needs or living conditions.\nMaintain regular communication with line manager and office staff.\nCompanionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit.\nHome help - help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework\nAccompanying to appointments, local activities, or shopping\nPersonal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming to keep them healthy and independent.\nMUST have the ability to travel around\nYou will be required to undergo a full DBS check\nYou do not need any care qualifications or formal experience to become a Care Professional as we will provide you with our award-winning training.
