You will manage complex staff rotas, maximise workforce capacity, and support the delivery of high-quality care services across the community.\nKey Tasks\nDevelop and maintain effective staff rotas and schedules.\nMatch carers to client needs, preferences, and locations.\nMonitor workforce capacity and proactively manage service demand.\nCoordinate new care package implementations and adjustments.\nLiaise with care staff, clients, families, and healthcare professionals.\nEnsure all care visits are appropriately staffed and covered.\nRespond efficiently to last-minute changes, emergencies, and absences.\nMaintain accurate records within care management systems.\nSupport recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.\nContribute to service performance targets, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.\nIdeal Candidate\nEssential:\nAvalid Category B driving license is a genuine occupational requirement for this role due to the need to travel between remote sites where public transport is unavailable.\nWilling to complete an Enhanced DBS\nDevelop and maintain effective staff rotas and schedules.\nMatch carers to client needs, preferences, and locations.\nMonitor workforce capacity and proactively manage service demand.\nCoordinate new care package implementations and adjustments.\nLiaise with care staff, clients, families, and healthcare professionals.\nEnsure all care visits are appropriately staffed and covered.\nRespond efficiently to last-minute changes, emergencies, and absences.\nMaintain accurate records within care management systems.\nSupport recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.\nContribute to service performance targets, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.\nCarry out on call duties\nDesirable:\nLevel 4 English and IT literate\nA desire to genuinely help other people and make a difference\nResilient, reliable, proactive with a can-do attitude\nKnowledge of workforce planning methodologies.\nExperience managing large geographical care rounds.\nNVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.\nExperience supporting a growing care service.\n What happens next?\nAs soon as you apply, one of our friendly recruitment team will be in touch with you within 24-48 hours\nWe will arrange an interview with you\nIf you’re successful, you can be working with us ASAP\nCongratulations!
