Inspire Greatness\nPOSITION SUMMARY\nThe Marketing Associate role will work closely with the B2B Marketing team and contribute to the development of Marketing programs, campaigns and initiatives, and execute the deliverables that will achieve them.\nMAJOR ELEMENTS OF THE ROLE\nMarketing Strategy & Program Management\nWorks with the Marketing Manager to conceptualize, develop, and implement marketing campaigns through existing channels and by identifying new ones\nWork closely with the internal team members and external partners for day-by-day activities (content creation, campaign setup and optimization, a/b test, monitoring).\nAssesses and analyzes campaigns and coordinates efforts across online and offline channels to optimize investments\nWrites, proofreads and edits content for various marketing activities including our website, email campaigns, and social media presence\nCollaborates and partners with Marketing and Sales team members to ensure the partner experience is optimized in campaign execution and fulfillment\nHelps manage existing partnerships and assists in the development of new strategies to support growth, including the execution of events, webinars, and other educational programs that help build awareness\nDevelopment of workback schedules, leadership updates, and maintenance of content calendar\nReporting, Analysis & Budget Support\nEnsures frequent monitoring, tracking and reporting of all marketing campaigns through analysis of large data sets.
