Our vision is a world where every real estate transaction is simple, certain, and satisfying for all.\nOur team breaks barriers every day while staying committed to HomeLight's goals and core values, which is a crucial element to our shared success.\nWhat You’ll Do Here\nRefresh, rewrite, or create 25-40 pieces of real estate-oriented content each month, with an emphasis on B2B engagement\nConceptualize and develop new B2B articles and columns for newsletters and posts on HomeLight.com\nWork collaboratively with a team of editors and editorial assistants to collect subject matter expertise, data, and research for inclusion in D2C and B2B content\nEnsure the relevance and accuracy of all data and sources, and incorporate appropriate citations and attributions\nLeverage AI tools to enhance efficiency\nIncorporate supplementary features into blog articles, columns, and other B2B and D2C content, such as tables, hyperlinks, summary boxes, and other interactive elements, to enhance reader engagement\nReview and edit B2B and D2C content to conform to AP and HomeLight’s internal style, and maintain consistency in brand voice and tone\nProofread for typos and errors\nMonitor and manage content production progress using Airtable, ensuring tasks stay on schedule and any changes or updates are recorded accurately\nPartner with the editorial and SEO teams to identify and carry out quarterly content strategies, aligning with overarching business goals\nWhat you Bring\n1-2 years of experience in writing and editing, preferably within real estate, B2B, or related fields\nExemplary research, writing, and editorial skills\nExperience with or willingness to use AI technology\nStrong commitment to quality control and results, ensuring that content created aligns with HomeLight's standards and is thoroughly reviewed and edited to deliver exceptional value to our B2B and D2C audience\nOutstanding project management and communication abilities\nProven track record of meeting tight deadlines and producing a high volume of quality content at scale\nAbility to adapt swiftly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced content creation environment\nProficiency in editing content based on SEO concepts and best practices\nDeep understanding and alignment with the HomeLight brand's voice, style, and tone\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a team and work independently when required\nFamiliarity with AP Style (preferred)\nKnowledge of the real estate market and industry trends (preferred)\nKnowledge of, or experience with, successful B2B interactions (preferred)\nBenefits and Perks\nMedical (Anthem or Kaiser), Dental & Vision (Guardian)\nLong-Term Disability & Short-Term Disability, Hospital Indemnity Insurance (Guardian)\n401k (Guideline), Life Insurance (Guardian) & Pet Insurance (Nationwide)\nCommuter benefits are offered in certain locations\nPTO, including Volunteer Days to give back to your community\nAnnual Anniversary Perks, including professional development and sabbaticals!\nHomeLight Services to help you with buying and selling your home\nThe following compensation information is provided to comply with job posting disclosure requirements in Colorado, New York, Washington, and California.\nBase Pay of $55,000, in addition to base pay you will be receive equity.
