The candidate will own projects end to end - from understanding business requirements and designing the solution to development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.\n\nThe role is intended for a practical builder who can move quickly from concept to working product while maintaining strong standards for security, reliability, scalability, and user experience. Modern AI-agent roles commonly involve Node.js orchestration, tool calling, APIs, CRM integrations, dashboards, permissions, and human approval workflows.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop AI-powered applications using Node.js and modern full-stack technologies.\nCreate AI agents with prompts, workflows, tool calling, memory, guardrails, and fallback logic.\nBuild CRM automations for lead qualification, follow-ups, customer support, scheduling, and data management.\nDevelop agent monitoring, logging, evaluation, error handling, and performance-improvement processes.\nDevelop secure REST APIs, webhooks, third-party integrations, and backend services.\nBuild user interfaces, dashboards, agent-management tools, and monitoring screens.\nWork with JSON for API communication, data transformation, validation, and AI tool schemas.\nImplement human-in-the-loop controls for sensitive, high-risk, or irreversible actions.\nTest, debug, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve AI solutions.\nEnsure application security, user permissions, data privacy, scalability, and reliability.\nDocument system architecture, integrations, workflows, and agent behaviour.\nIdentify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve business efficiency through AI.\n\nMust-Have Skills\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.\n5+ years of professional software development experience, including strong hands-on experience with Node.js and full-stack application development.\nAt least 2 years of experience building AI-powered applications, AI agents, LLM integrations, or CRM automation solutions, with demonstrated end-to-end delivery from design through production deployment.\nEquivalent professional experience, relevant certifications, or a strong portfolio of production AI and full-stack applications may be considered.\nStrong hands-on experience with Node.js.\nFull-stack development and experience building or integrating AI agents and LLM-powered applications.\nStrong knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.\nExperience integrating CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Dynamics, or similar.\nExperience with authentication, authorization, databases, testing, and deployment.\nProven end-to-end development experience.\nStrong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving
