You will play an essential role in our platform’s success by joining the team responsible for enhancing the checkout process and post booking experience. Your expertise in PHP development will be instrumental in delivering seamless user experiences and optimizing the booking flow for our users.How you’ll add value\nTaking end-to-end ownership of features, from refinement to production, including engineering decisions on larger topics\nDesigning and build entire applications, partnering with architects to ensure the scalability, reliability and usability of our Marketplace products\nWorking with business stakeholders to define requirements, plan milestones and iterate on features based on measured performance\nContributing to technical and architectural standards across the company\nMentoring teammates and take part in hiring\nWorking with a broad stack including PHP, SQL databases, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, SQS, Kubernetes and AWS\nYou’ll be successful in this role if you\nHave at least 5 years of professional software engineering experience\nAre an expert in PHP and Symfony\nHave an experience building scalable, distributed systems\nAre knowledgable of relational databases\nPosses an experience designing APIs and integrating with third-party systems\nWorked with LLM-based tools, both as a user and as an engineer building AI-driven solutions\nFeel comfortable with working directly with business stakeholders\nShow a working proficiency in English\nHave a habit of continuous learning and a team-player mindset\nWhat we offer\nCareer of growth opportunities and promotions, 360 feedback, performance evaluation system, and mentoring from an international and distinguished team\nCulture of empowerment, trust, recognition, autonomy and quarterly transparency about company goals.
