The next you might be wiring an air source heat pump, fault-finding a renewable heating system or connecting a large-scale solar PV installation at a factory, car dealership or NHS facility.\nIf you’re an experienced electrician looking for a role with more variety and the chance to develop specialist skills across the technologies shaping the future of our industry, we’d like to hear from you.\nWe know earnings matter.\nYour contracted salary will be £35,000-£40,000 depending on experience, based on a 40-hour working week.\nBut that’s only part of the package.\nWe pay travel time door-to-door.\nBecause our engineers work across the South West, a typical paid working week can often be 44-50 hours once travel time is included.\nThat means experienced electricians can realistically achieve total annual earnings of £40,000-£50,000+, depending on their base salary, hours worked and the additional opportunities they choose to take.\nThere are also opportunities to increase your earnings further through:\n· Weekend work\n· On-call cover\n· Overtime\n· Working away\n· Additional project requirements\nWe’re not looking to hide overtime behind an inflated advertised salary.
