Legal Account Management Intern

What you'll be doing

• Supporting our lawyers and legal team day to day, helping keep cases moving smoothly
• Speaking with clients, answering questions, giving updates, and being a friendly, reassuring point of contact
• Making sure our customer service is consistently excellent
• Helping the team stay organised and on top of client communications
• Getting stuck in wherever you're needed, and learning fast

Requirements

What we're looking for

• A warm, confident communicator who genuinely enjoys talking to people
• Organised, reliable and proactive - you spot what needs doing and get on with it
• Keen to learn about law, conveyancing and client management
• Comfortable in a busy office and happy working as part of a team
• No legal experience needed - just the right attitude and great people skills
