Our group includes an SRA-authorised conveyancing firm and an FCA-regulated mortgage broker, so our product runs real, regulated transactions every day.\nWe work dual-shore: UK professionals alongside operational and product teams in Sri Lanka. As a Senior Product Manager in Colombo, you will own a major area of the platform end to end, setting its direction, deciding what we build, and turning it into specifications our engineers can build from. You will be one of the most senior product voices in our Sri Lanka team, and we pay at the top of the Sri Lankan market to hire the very best.\nWhat you will own\nYou are accountable for outcomes in a major product area, such as case management, client onboarding or lender integrations. That means owning what gets built, why it gets built, and whether it worked.\nDirection. Set the vision and roadmap for your area and tie it to company goals.\nDiscovery. Run your own research with UK conveyancers, case handlers, mortgage advisers and partners. Test ideas before engineers build them.\nSpecs engineers can build from. Write PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria clear enough that engineers rarely need to come back with questions.\nPrioritisation. Own the backlog in ClickUp, make the trade-offs, and say no when needed.\nDelivery and results. Own the release, define success metrics, and track them in PostHog and BigQuery after launch.\nCompliance by design. Work with our UK compliance leads so features meet SRA, FCA and data protection requirements before build, not after.\nRaising the bar. Coach other PMs and business analysts in the Sri Lanka team, and set the standard for specs and product rituals.\nRequirements\nMust have\n6+ years in product management, including at least 3 years at a global product company or international scale-up (for example, a UK, US or European product business, or a Sri Lankan centre building a global product)\nHas owned a product area end to end: set the roadmap, ran discovery, shipped, and measured the result\nCan show results with numbers: features that moved a business metric\nHas worked directly with senior stakeholders in the UK, Europe or US\nExcellent written and spoken English: your specs and decision documents are read in both countries\nStrong with data: can write SQL or pull your own analysis\nNice to have\nHas mentored or managed other PMs or business analysts\nExperience in PropTech, legal tech, fintech or another regulated domain\nKnowledge of the UK property, conveyancing or mortgage process\nExperience designing workflows that use AI or automation (we use n8n and LLM agents heavily)\nComfortable wireframing in Figma\nWe are hiring for the top end of the market.
